Why is there a need for a different Morning and Night toothpaste?

The morning Coconut Mint and night Activated Charcoal Mint toothpaste work hand in hand to maintain cleanliness and whiten teeth.

The Day and Night toothpastes have different whitening functions:

Day Coconut Mint Toothpaste:
• [Stubborn Stain Removal] Sodium Phytate: All-natural chelating agent (the Sodium Phytate used in Sparklefresh is extracted from Rice) for Stain removal & Protective Benefits (Phytate has been shown to modify the transport of ions across enamel and dentine surfaces, with potential benefits in terms of caries progression).
• Calcium Carbonate: Safe and natural choice for providing mild abrasivity in our toothpastes to remove stubborn stains
• [Whitens Teeth] Hydrated silica: The primary benefits of hydrated silica in toothpaste are attributed to its abrasiveness. Hydrated silica works well as a whitening and teeth cleaning agent.
• [Protects Gums] Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract: If you have sensitive gums, when searching toothpaste ingredients, look out for this one: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract.
• We probably most commonly know it as aloe vera. You might have even grown up with a pot of aloe outside your home, and mum might have cut open a leaf and rubbed the cooling gel inside onto your wound. You might have even purchased a bottle of aloe gel to soothe a sunburn after a beach party or two. No doubt then you wouldn’t be surprised that in toothpaste, aloe serves to soothe your gums amidst all that plaque-removing action. Aloe also has a wide array of antioxidant, antibacterial and antiviral properties, further boosting your oral health. [From PearlieWhite website!]
• [Foam Booster helps to reduce usage amount] Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate: Cleanser and foam booster that helps with the effectiveness and feel of our toothpaste.

Night Activated Charcoal Mint Toothpaste:
• [Whitens Teeth and Removes Stains] Activated Charcoal: Activated charcoal in toothpaste may help remove surface stains on your teeth. Charcoal is mildly abrasive and is also able to absorb surface stains.
• [Foam Booster helps to reduce usage amount] Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate: Cleanser and foam booster that helps with the effectiveness and feel of our toothpaste.

Reviews from testers and distributors have given feedback that they found their teeth feeling cleaner and fresher, and have been shown to help reduce plaque buildup during the day.

Plaque is the soft, sticky film that builds up on your teeth and contains millions of bacteria. The bacteria in plaque cause tooth decay and gum disease if they are not removed regularly through brushing and flossing.
Why should I buy SparkleFresh’s LED Whitening Toothbrush and Toothpaste compared to other teeth whitening products in the market?
There are a variety of teeth-whitening devices for home use in the market ranging from $78 - $98, up to $269. These are usually meant for short treatments of around a week that are meant to be more intensive in whitening.

Nothing wrong with intensive whitening! However, for those who have more sensitive teeth or are looking at gradual whitening or cleanliness maintenance, SparkleFresh would be a good option as it is aimed at keeping your teeth white and clean. With the aid of the vibrating function, it removes new stains easily and keeps your teeth from yellowing. And helps you gradually whiten your teeth through the removal of stubborn stains. No bleaching!

SparkleFresh is designed to integrate into your daily routines so you switch to a method that helps you with teeth-whitening without extra work.
I think coconut toothpaste is weird, I’ve only ever used mint toothpaste in my life.
SparkleFresh’s Coconut Mint Toothpaste has a mild coconut fragrance. Initially, it may be a little unsettling, but the Minty taste and smell balances it out nicely and prevents it from being too sweet. Most reviewers say that after a while they get used to the scent and no longer notice it in the mornings – it becomes a natural part of their Day/Night toothbrushing routine.

Though we do have two reviewers who said that they’re tempted to eat the coconut toothpaste. Please do not do this!
How long does it take for me to see results?
Based on consolidated reviews and feedback, the fastest result shown is on the fourth day. SparkleFresh works to remove stubborn stain built up. However, it depends on individuals – some who have uneven teeth surfaces have even seen big differences right after the first day.

Also, if you have more stubborn tar on your teeth, it will require longer time. All reviewers have felt the difference and improved daily cleanliness in their teeth after using the SparkleFresh whitening toothbrush and toothpastes.
I have sensitive gums that hurt while using teeth-whitening devices. Is SparkleFresh safe for me?
SparkleFresh is designed for daily use and the toothpaste does not “eat” into your teeth. As a milder teeth-whitening process, the concentration strength of the ingredients are less strong and is meant to work gradually! After all, the point is to keep having clean teeth right?
I’m pregnant, is the LED light on the toothbrush safe?
LED Light is safe if you are pregnant or breastfeeding – Unlike other types of light therapy, LEDs do not contain ultraviolet rays. Therefore, they're safe for regular use.
Is the LED Toothbrush waterproof and shockproof?
SparkleFresh’s LED Toothbrush is Certified IPX6 which can resist high-pressure and heavy sprays of water. However, we still recommend that you dry the toothbrush after every brush (it’s electrical after all…) and if you have the habit of soaking your toothbrush in salt water etc, you can either remove the bristle for the soaking or soak it with the toothbrush head downwards.

We strongly recommend you hold your toothbrush securely while brushing – no need to be too excited because there’s light to play with! It’s an electronic device, so do your best not to drop it.
Where is the product made in?
SparkleFresh’s products are Made in China after an intense product review. We believe that the stigma against Chinese products should move into the new decade – if you are willing to pay more, Chinese products can be really excellent.

The factory that manufactures the SparkleFresh whitening Kit is ISA and FDA certified, and also manufactures high quality kits for well-known brands in Australia (an international brand at that!), Europe and Japan.
What if I receive a new set and the LED toothbrush doesn’t work?
SparkleFresh will honor 1-to-1 exchanges for manufacturing defects. You just need to ensure that the toothpaste seals are unbroken, and that you buy from an authorized seller or from SparkleFresh. Each batch will be labelled with the seller and a batch number. We strongly advise against buying from the grey market.

Send us an email, and we’ll advise you on how to go about with your exchange.

Oh, and batteries are provided. They’re new and covered with a layer of plastic to save battery life, so make sure you take out the plastic or the toothbrush definitely wouldn’t turn on!
Is this SparkleFresh HSA notified?
Yes, SparkleFresh is HSA notified and abides by the restrictions, ingredient guidelines and labelling requirements of Singapore.

SparkleFresh toothpastes DO NOT contain Hydrogen Peroxide, Fluoride, PEG (a toxin), and is not tested on animals during production and research.

SparkleFresh is not Halal-certified, but does not contain Gelatin nor any derivatives from pork.
How long would a set last me?
On average, 120ml of toothpaste lasts users approximately two months. The Whitening Set for a single user is thus generally good for two months, and the Couple Set (Whitening Set + additional LED Toothbrush) will last the couple a month!
How should I use it the SparkleFresh Whitening Set?
Dentists recommend that a session of teeth brushing should last 2 minutes. Most of us rush through it, which is partially why teeth cleansing isn’t always done properly.

You can either dedicate 30 seconds to each quarter-section of your mouth, or 20 seconds to each segment (e.g. 20 seconds for top front teeth, 20 seconds for bottom teeth on your right side).
